MPC-FUELMARC CAN:
- Accept data via modem, Internet or media and fax back verification and counts.
- Run data through Postal software that generates the bar-code for destination point address, which guarantees the lowest possible mail rates. (First class automated rates are $.361 and lower).
- Create an 8-1/2 x 11 document on blank or custom printed paper with a remittance stub.
- Fold and insert document with #9 return window envelope into a #10 double window envelope, meter and mail in 24 hours.

NEW PRODUCT AND SOFTWARE
MPC-Fuelmarc has rolled out new software and equipment which enables our customers to have an addition or alternative to the traditional way of mailing invoices. This is basically billing your customer online. This will allow your customer to review statements and invoices through email access. This internet option offers the customer more speed at looking at statements and invoices, plus a great savings on postage and printing costs. Our new system also accepts invoice payments via both (EFT) and (ACH) transfers. Finally we can archive all information for current and past invoicing. This allows your customer to look at all transactions and eliminate your customer service staff from looking up old data and discussing discrepancies over the phone.
*NOTE: In this area we have found significant cost savings because we can mail up to four documents for the same customer in one envelope at $.361 postage. |
